Terms of the competition

By participating in the competition you agree to the following terms:

The competition will run both on Facebook and Instagram an is administrated by AXELSEN & SÖN A/S, who own the brand TREATS.

All contestants must be above the age of 18 years old and must be resident in Denmark, Norway, Sweden or Germany. Employees at AXELSEN & SÖN A/S must not participate in the competition.

The competition runs from the 12th of March at 21:00 to the 21st of March at 12:00. The winner of the competition is drawn immediately hereafter. We will announce the winners the 21st of March at 15:00.We will announce one winner on Facebook and one winner on Instagram, we will announce the winner on the platform where she/he has won the competition, and we will contact the winners directly on the platform where she/he has won.

How do we find the winner:

We will find the winners of the competition by a random drawing on the XX of March. We will draw one winner of the competition on Facebook and one winner of the competition on Instagram. We will draw the winner from everyone who has participated in the competition on the specific platform. AXELSEN & SÖN A/S will draw new winners if the drawn winners does not return after three inquiries.

The prize:

There are two prizes for the competition, one prize for the winner on Facebook and one prize for the winner on Instagram. Both prizes consists of a TREATS Astrid Noted Yellow-Black bag with a value of EUR 67.90 / DKK 499. The prize cannot be exchanged to cash.

AXELSEN & SÖN A/S will at no time sell or pass on your information to third parties. AXELSEN & SÖN A/S will only use your information to contact you if you win the competition. We will discard this information when the competition is completed.

AXELSEN & SÖN A/S reserves the right to revise the rules on an ongoing basis and may change the rules if this should be considered necessary.

AXELSEN & SÖN A/S reserves the right to block / delete content and images that violate third parties rights, and to stop the competition without notice. In case of suspicion of cheating, AXELSEN & SÖN A/S reserves the right to exclude users without notice.
